what about potential vs results? There is this principle that recruitment managers adhere to in selecting applicants, ie. Past behavior predicts future behavior. If you have done nothing yet but have potential, chances are, the one who has done alot already with the same potential will land the job. Unless of course gagana ang 'kamag-anak inc.' lol
Parang ganun din. Gibo is articulate so he is able to promise a detailed platform, etc. but even though Gordon is less articulate (and arrogant daw), he already has the track record to prove what he can do. Sabi ng isang post sa twitter, ung ibang candidates pangako pa lang, si Gordon nagawa na nya.
