Come on PSN, there’s absolutely no reason for a 20MB file to take 20 minutes to download!

@roytang That’s horrible. Who’s your ISP? Mine’s slow but it only takes several minutes to get 20MB.

@roytang Haven’t tried the HK server yet. I’ve done downloads from US and SG though. Not as slow as what you’re getting.
