Having trouble sleeping for more than two hours at a time. Any advice (aside from “get off the internet!")?

A relatively inexpensive method: Buy melatonin pills, 1mg. Take one about 15 mins to half an hour before going to bed.
Exhaust yourself until you can't take it no more. Do whatever it takes – strenous workout, coding exercises, computer games (Kinect ones, particularly), just anything.
