Can I no longer create an iTunes account without billing information?

That works, thanks. However, when I try to login using my old US account that had no billing info, it prompts me to review my account information, then mandatory na to fill up the billing info (wala nang choice na None). Does it mean hindi ko na magagamit yung old US account?

hmm kakatry ko lang nakaka login pa naman yung US account ko na None yung payment type
