Anyone tried recontracting with Globe over the phone? I recontracted on the same plan to get a new phone. They said they’d email me a recontracting form but it never arrived. And apparently if I’m not at home to receive the new phone personally I need to fill up and sign the form ahead of time.

I did, but it was for the launch day so they had a different system then. Haha. In my experience it's a lot easier to recontract at a Globe store because their phone agents are mostly incompetent nincompoops.

Yep around 24 hrs daw activation niyan.

Yes. Mag deactivate then activate yung bago.
