This would have been a self-correcting problem if the government hadn't harassed Uber out of the market. Now, they will harass Grab out of the market as well. Ultimately, we'll be back to pre-ride-sharin g status quo. Well, unless Grab sells their operations to Marcos, then all government oversight into the business will mysteriously lighten.

Yeah. Uber actually really does some sketchy stuff. It's just, compared to Philippines gov sketchy stuff, uber sketch stuff is trivial…. But srsly, I bet of grab offered sufficient stock shares to Marcos and the D team, their legal issues would be mysteriously solved.
