Just a reminder that Mary Oliver’s own answer to her question, “What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” was to stroll idly through the fields noticing things.
The question out of context could appear to be about achieving more — it’s not.

Windows 10 was experiencing random 1-second slowdowns (can be fatal in games like Hollow Knight), so I decided to uninstall a few apps that no longer sparked joy

Did another #MTGRNA sealed, with Rakdos the Showstopper this time, still went 3-3. Maybe I should be doing tricolor instead of sticking to a single guild?

Wanted to try out the JUMP FORCE open beta, but the connection kept timing out D:
-
I opened 30 #MTGRNA packs on arena and 3 of the pulls were mythic WCs, pretty good rate
also did a prerelease sealed and did a horrible 3-3 with gruul and domri and nikya (kind of a nonbo lol)

Now we need a skyrim mod that prompts “does this no longer spark joy?” when discarding items. and when you try to discard quest items change the message to “This item still sparks some joy”
Quoted rmi's tweet:Marie Kondo: “What’s this?”
Me: “Someone’s diary I stole from an inn in Markarth while looking for evidence to discredit the Foresworn separatist movement.”
MK: “Does it spark joy?”
Me: “No.”
MK: “Throw it away.”
Skyrim: QUEST ITEMS CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM INVENTORY.

Geez @cbr mind your headlines will you! What use is it having a spoiler warning in the article when your headline is a spoiler?

Sara Duterte’s #HugpongNgUlupong (HNP) just funded all-ALL-EXPENSE PAID TRIPS to Davao City and Samal for QC’s Brgy. Captains and SK Chairs. (SKs in photos, HNP and SBP logos on their shirts)
In exchange? Carry ONLY Bong GaGo and Bato in 2019.

A penny is roughly the value of the PH’s 5 peso coin, and we still have at least four denominations beneath that! Our money is barely worth printing? https://twitter.com/codinghorror/status/1085427364924776450 Oops, I missed a decimal place, awkward lol. A penny is roughly 50c. So only 2 or 3 denominations below that!

Debugging via print stmts is a core skill that translates well across languages, frameworks, environments and toolsets.
Quoted bendhalpern's tweet:I am truly bad at using debugging tools. I’ll reach for them when I am have absolutely exhausted my capabilities with print statements, but they never stick.
I’m always back to printing lines the next day.

Do the people you surround yourself with encourage you, or burden you? We tend to take on the traits of those we spend the most time with. Do your best to find an environment of encouragement and growth.

Saying “I hate burned cheeseburgers” doesn’t mean you hate all cheeseburgers, or all cheeseburgers are burned.
Saying “I hate toxic masculinity” doesn’t mean you hate masculinity, or that all masculinity is toxic.

Also, I only realized last night that Assassin’s trophy could target nonbasic lands safely. For some reason I thought it was “nonland permanent”. All those games lost to a transformed Legion’s Landing! #MTG

@switchfollows yeah I think I mostly read the issues from around late 70s to early 80s from you. 92 was written by Scott Lobdell, I’m not sure what Peter David’s last issue was. I remember the series quality declining after this particular issue, though I did follow it until it ended
