Rest, fluids. For symptomatic relief, I like Nyquil, but I don't think that's available in the Philippines. You may need antibiotics if it's particularly bad. The cold I got last month lasted for weeks–I may have had pneumonia at one point =P

Nyquil is available at S&R. Pag wala, pwede na Drowse Decolgen pag gabi or no drowse Decolgen if you need to stay up.

Try Nafarin-A kaso if u have hypertension bka ma trigger sya kasi it has ppl (phenylpropanol amine)
