Do I even still need flash player? Won’t Youtube, etc still work even if I remove it?

i have flash disabled sa browser ko, youtube doesnt seem to switch to say html5

I have flash disabled at work. Some youtube vids wont play, but that is becoming rarer nowadays.

I have Flash set to "click to play" on all my computers.

I don't have flash installed, but I always have chrome handy whenever I come across any sites that need it (not that often, but it happens).
