Does winning gps not unlock characters? Or it didn’t unlock any because I’ve won this one before?

If im not mistaken, I believe you need a 3 star trophy / place 1st on all races in that cup. Winning again wont get you anything other than coins unless you use a character that you havent gotten a sticker for.

Hmm, I three-starred the mushroom cup the other day and didn’t unlock any characters there either
