Not anymore. When I was 20, I'd want to try out, but have to think about it seriously if I made it past the screening process. I think I'd have had to go, if I made it, back then. Also, of course there's a big difference if it's a reputable company's project and say… Mars One, which has almost zero chance of being able to send even unmanned probes there, nevermind manned one-way missions.
