My mouse keeps double-clicking. Am already at lowest sensitivity. Is there anything I can do?

It might be a hardware thing? In which case, either bust open the mouse and fix it, or get a new one. Do you have a spare you can borrow to test the theory and isolate the problem?
switch the button assignment. (I don't know if you can still do this.)
it's hardware. time to buy a new mouse.
i've gone through 2 "mouse"s of the same model. went for a gaming mouse after. hehe
It's time to get a new mouse, but blowing into the space in between will help for a few days.
Temp solution: Switch buttons. Permanent solution: New mouse.
Should I get a fancy gaming mouse? I dont really know what difference it makes, do they last longer?
We need to people who've actually used one. I mean, in theory gaming mice are meant to survive more clicks?
I think thats a sign of death. I bought this 300ish gaming mouse from db. Works well. Seems kind of a general mouse thing.
you won't immediately notice much improvement when switching from a generic mouse to a gaming mouse. BUT! once you get used to your new fancy gaming mouse, you'll definitely feel the difference once you switch back to a regular generic mouse. they track better/ smoother, and generally should last longer. in case they fail, they usually come with a 2 year warranty (the Razer ones at least).
kung ayaw mo bumili ng bagong mouse, try AutoHotkey ( http://www.autohotkey.com/ ), pwede kang gumawa ng script parang "if interval between clicks < 10ms, ignore second click"
