A couple of things, watching this again much older. There was A LOT of space travel in it. I think they missed out on the potential of having space battleships that transform. Though… Can't remember if HG already had Robotech? Just thinking about how cool that last battle would have been with giant battleships added. The other thing was that the defenses of Autobot city seemed completely useless.
