I’m using the inline editing feature of CKEditor, but I want to add some hint text to the initial state of the control, i.e. something like “Click here to edit…”, but I would like that hint text to be removed automatically when the user clicks the control to start typing. Is this feasible, or is there any alternative?

I downloaded the latest CKEditor and tried the following:

Most of the toolbar buttons are disabled, and typing into the field does nothing. (See screenshot below)
According to http://nightly.ckeditor.com/13-04-14-07-42/standard/samples/inlinebycode.html this should be all the JS I need. Is there some other config setting I need to be doing?

One thing to note is that store purchases using credit cards will require a credit card with an address from that region. This is true for the US store at least; I live outside the US but I use a US account, so I can’t use my credit card and have to buy prepaid PSN cards instead.

Also, Avenging Spider-Man is mostly 1-offs or 2-part stories, so it’s not really that critical to hit all the issues.

#6 is part of the Omega Effect crossover with the Daredevil and Punisher books
#8 is an epilogue for the Ends of the Earth storyline from Amazing Spider-man
They are probably not included in Vol 2 because they are included with separate volumes for their own storylines.
It should be fine to miss them, but you might also be interested in reading the above two storylines.
