Okay, I have to admit I’m a bit tempted by the Skyrim collector’s edition. It comes with a 12” dragon! https://www.engadget.com/gaming/ (but it’s $150)

It’s actually the opposite for me, i play more video games than magic as i’ve gotten older. Mostly because most of my play group has moved away so i dont enjoy tournaments as much. I dont really play magic for the social interaction, i can get that elsewhere, and video games are way less expensive as a hobby :p

I’m trying to build a CSS-based menu. I want it to be able to adjust when the browser resizes so I’m using floats to wrap the menu items to the next line as needed. However, I want to have an extra buffer cell at the end to round out the menu appearance, see the sample image below (this an image the designer made from photoshop).
I can set the background image of the containing div to fake it (using the clearing floats trick I found at http://quirksmode.org/css/clearing.html), but then I have the additional problem of having extra space on the right side because I the cited trick says I should set the width to 100% on the container. (see image below)
I also don’t have any borders on that extra area after the last item. So, what’s the proper way to go about this? Can anyone suggest any good online implementations I can check?
Thanks!

I opened a Snapcaster in my pool earlier today on MTGO and sold it for 20tix; people are now buying at 16tix, 20% drop in a few hours

Stay out of the scary places for now. Try fighting aboveground things first… fiends or or radscorpions and such, so you get used to paying attention to looking at your radar (lower left corner) to be aware of nearby enemies. Also you might want to increase your perception stat so that enemies show on the radar earlier.

Arrrgh I’m terrible

Wondering if I should play the horribly low EV MTGO prerelease events. Are the servers fine today?

Upvotes for this. I posted the following message:
“Why are multitouch gestures not enabled in iOS5 for iPad1? I’ve been using them for months in developer mode without any problems so I’m sure the hardware can handle it. Please patch it back in, this makes me want to jailbreak”
No idea if it will work, but maybe if enough of us do it they’ll take notice :D

I’ve been using multitouch gestures on the iPad1 for months and it didn’t feel laggy at all to me. Far from completely pointless, I loved the feature

iTunes 10.5 no longer seems to do that annoying thing where it automatically starts up when I connect an iDevice. Anyone confirm?

Stand back, I’m going to restart the internet

iOS5 removed the multitouch gestures from my first-gen iPad >.< I hope I can get it back using developer mode

I had the multitouch gestures before the update (i have developer mode) so it is quite ridiculous how ios5 disabled it for ipad1s since ive never had a problem with the feature. Either apple hates us ipad1 owners or they want to force us to upgrade. Having multitouch gestures really made the ipad a lot more usable, i will miss it greatly (and no i dont want to jailbreak~)
