Having signs like these at your tables seems like a bit of marketing/salesmanship genius. By making it easier to get addons you have a higher chance of triggering impulse purchases. Why dont jollibee/mcdo/kfc etc do this?

Someone asked me about this so update: The UNLI BB Bundle allows us to call mobiles on other networks from our Globe landline without additional charges. It came standard with the plan for 1yr, so after 1yr, it became an additional charge.
We were able to have it removed from our plan, which I guess is worth it if you don’t expect to call non-globe numbers too often.

TIL in bash/shell, “>” redirects to and overwrites a file if it exists, while “>>” redirects to and appends to a file if it exists. I’ve been using these for years and never knew the distinction until I needed it

Wow, Duelyst is shutting down: https://duelyst.com/news/farewell-duelyst. I played a few hundred hours of this (Review: https://roytang.net/2017/02/review-duelyst/). Pretty good game, but there’s a big learning curve and each game can take some time. Hope it can come back in some form in the future.
